Ray Thaler

Ray Thaler is the Executive Vice President of Strategy, bringing two decades of experience leading strategy and operations with a focus on technology-enabled organizations. Ray previously served as a Vice President at healthcare payments accuracy leader Cotiviti, where he led enterprise strategy. During his tenure, Ray drove adoption of digital capabilities and led M&A to expand into value-based network solutions. Prior to Cotiviti, Ray was a Consultant Team Lead with Bain & Company focused on supporting Private Equity-backed acquisitions and integration.

Ray began his career as an F-22 pilot in the U.S. Air Force, where he held several leadership positions in the U.S. and abroad. Ray holds an Engineering degree from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
