Kathryn Stalmack

Kathryn Stalmack is the General Counsel for Cloudmed, bringing over two decades of legal experience and more than 15 years of specialization in healthcare. Kathryn is responsible for leading Cloudmed’s legal compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Cloudmed, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ModivCare, a value-based healthcare company focused on improving patient outcomes. Kathryn holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
