You provide your Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) / Third-Party Liability (TPL), Workers’ Compensation (WC), and/or Veteran Affairs (VA) claims either pre-bill or day 1 after bill. Automated files are sent daily to our teams of clinicians, staff attorneys, and revenue cycle experts.
Our staff attorneys or seasoned accounts receivable representatives review accounts to determine if the claim has previously been submitted to insurance. The team conducts extensive and ongoing follow-up to determine the status of claim processing.
As appropriate, our legal experts can act as a liaison with attorney offices, file liens, or negotiate settlements on your behalf. Once a settlement or agreement of payment has been met, the team monitors the account to ensure payment posts correctly into your system and files to release lien if required.
